Gamified onboarding for TOPSIM on Demand – Business Challenge

We are happy to announce new and improved features for our recently released single-player simulation TOPSIM on Demand – Business Challenge. This brand new version offers even more flexibly for your seminars and minimizes your workload.

Fundamental change: integration of a gamified story onboarding

With the existing technical onboarding, the participant is introduced to the user interface of the TOPSIM – Cloud at the beginning of the simulation. Now, the new story onboarding is part of the business simulation. The aim is to explain the initial situation to the participants and to familiarize them with the scenario. With the story onboarding, the players receive a virtual tour of the company, in which key data on his company, the competition and the various departments are presented to them. Through the interactive tasks that await them in the individual departments, they get to know their responsibilities and challenges directly.

Here’s a little insight into how this onboarding looks like:

Release of the english version

Thanks to the new story onboarding and the option to play the simulation in English, you can design your seminars even more individually depending on your participants and your seminar concept. The combination of technical and story onboarding lets participants to get to know the business simulation independently. This minimizes the preparation and support work for the seminar instructor. Seminars with TOPSIM on Demand – Business Challenge can also be carried out without a seminar instructor at all. This simulation can be perfectly used as a preparation for a classic simulation-based seminar in multiplayer mode.
